WHAT TO EXPECT

You will be receiving an email and/or a postcard with your log-in information for the Secure Portal where you may submit your business-expense documents. Please plan to provide any required documents by January 5, 2026.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

As soon as you receive your log-in information, submit your business-expense documents as soon as possible. The deadline to submit your documents was January 5, 2026. However, we have requested more time for agents to submit from the Court and recommend that class-members continue to submit their required documentation. While we do not know if the Court will grant our request for an extension, the best way to protect yourself is to submit documents now.
